This rapidly growing and well-funded group continues to build a high-touch service focussed business out of their inner-city office. With ten sites and active plans for new service offerings in motion, they are excited about engaging a Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function and partner the Directors to ensure their continued success.
With the support of your small yet capable finance team, you will:
- Be a proactive and dynamic business partner to operations leaders
- Drive the generation and analysis of results and reports
- Manage cash flow and liaise with the external advisors who assist with core compliance and tax requirements
- Generate core monthly and quarterly results including board packs
- Collate group results and communicate proactively with site leaders
- Constantly look for process improvements and influence change
- Assist with launching and integrating new business lines and system improvements (including implementing PowerBI)
A hands-on approach will come naturally to you as you will balance financial integrity, with providing strategic financial advice.
As an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing group, your strength in financial and management accounting and desire to continue to build your career will be well regarded. CA/CPA qualified, high-volume service-based exposure will be well regarded (eg retail, hospitality, entertainment etc).

Salary shall be circa $135 – $150k incl. super pending experience.
