Role Description
This is an on-site Head of Customer Service role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Head of Customer Service will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer satisfaction, overseeing customer service operations, and improving overall customer experience. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing customer service data and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Management and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Analytical Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a leadership role in a customer-facing organization
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision making
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in a retail or service-oriented environment is a plus
