Veterinary Education Administration

Based in Wiltshire, UK

Salary – upto £22,000 per year

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration professional to join our exclusive clients, a premium, global leading Veterinary Education provider to assist in the coordination of education programmes.

The role will see you as the first point of contact for all delegates enrolled on the further education training programmes, playing a vital part in the organisation and smooth operation of the courses in this company’s premium further education’s training programmes.

You will be playing a vital part in the organisation and smooth operation of the courses by:

• Complete general administration tasks for the Operational Department.
• Support enquiries and registrations on to the short and modular courses
• Support the preparation of paperwork for each course including notes, registers, badges, certificates, and feedback forms
• Undertake reception duties, overseeing facilities within venue, including meet and greet with the delegates and speakers
• Proactively offer any assistance where needed throughout the courses to provide a smooth course delivery
• Support when necessary on data entry and administrative tasks

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills even when under high pressure/during busy periods
• Confident in time management to effectively to achieve deadlines
• Excellent IT skills are essential to this role, and knowledge of database software would be advantage
• Qualified to Level 3 or equivalent experience is essential
• Flexible for occasional evening and weekend work with potential for occasional travel also.

Veterinary experience is not necessary for this role, but a passion for providing the best in education and support is essential.
