The Company

This position will join the rapidly expanding marketing team to provide marketing and sales support across the organization. The marketing specialist will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute on company initiatives, priorities and milestones
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of all customer activities and programs
- Manage all logistics and planning for sales and marketing activities
- Travel, hotel, physician reimbursement etc
- Manage the distribution and life cycle of all marketing collateral
- Collaborate to populate social media editorial calendars and assist with building and pushing content across multiple channels
- Work directly with outside agencies and vendors to deliver on content, tools etc.
- Help to lead the conference planning and execution in the US
- Creation of documents, presentation slides, and spreadsheets; maintenance of databases
- Coordinate support for digital marketing campaigns with MarCom Manager
- Support sales team by delivering content, materials, demos etc when needed
- Help to ensure consistency of branding across company materials, website, presentations etc.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with a healthcare, life sciences, and/or medical device company.
- Experience working with digital tools and social media platforms
- Experience in managing conferences, meetings, customer events etc
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite required
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a timely manner to cross functional partners.
- The position is based in the Noah Medical HQ in San Carlos, CA.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight.
Consistent with applicable laws, an employee’s pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position’s total compensation package. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonuses, stock and employee benefits including but not limited to PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, dental & vision insurance, life & disability insurance and a 401k plan. Additional details on the compensation package and employee benefits offerings will be provided to candidates during the interview process.
