HR Manager – Part Time 2.5 days a week
Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
Managing HR policies across the company
Managing employee compensation & benefits
Establishing pay structure and rules
Providing HR advice and guidance promptly to employees and managers in a professional helpful manner
Writing Job descriptions – responsible for advertising for new positions, sitting in on interviews, inductions.
Guidance and lead on appraisals across the company
Management of company benefits
Training & Development
HR Compliance
Ever-changing laws and governance
GDPR practice
Workplace Safety
To be considered you must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
