No Limit Consulting Hiring for Entry Level Account Manager Full Time

Are you an outgoing individual who is looking to get started on a career path? No Limit Consulting has recently expanded to the Blue Ash area and we are looking to add an Account Manager to our team. Account Managers are an essential connecting point between our clients and their consumers; managing and maintaining relationships with targeted clients, as well as client development.

No experience is necessary as this is an entry level position and extensive training is provided. We have developed a flexible training program that encompasses vital elements of our campaign implementation process, including product knowledge, company policies, conflict resolution, customer service, sales strategy and more.

Responsibilities include:

• Learn and demonstrate extraordinary knowledge of client products and services
• Retain and manage current customer accounts while displaying professionalism at all times
• Work alongside Sales Directors to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and our team
• Scheduling and meeting with clients and/or customers when needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding communication skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Goal-oriented and driven with the desire to improve current processes
• Must be coach-able and open to change as we are constantly growing and improving
