NM Floor Care is Looking for Cleaning subcontractor Full Time

About Us

We are a professional cleaning company that specializes in providing high-quality commercial and floor care services to businesses and facilities of all sizes in the Greater Vancouver Area.

We are seeking experienced subcontractors with liability insurance to join our team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Perform post-renovation cleaning services in residential and commercial properties
• Follow cleaning specifications and instructions provided by the company
• Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to ensure high-quality results
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on the job site

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in post-renovation cleaning services
• Liability insurance coverage for at least $1 million
• Own transportation and cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
