NLB Solutions Hiring for Transactional Accounts Manager at Luton Full Time

NLB Solutions are working with a large business in Luton who are looking for a Transactional Accounts Manager that will oversee the Transactional Accounts team. The role will involve hands on finance experience including P&L reviews, producing balance sheet reviews monthly, ownership of fixed asset register and point of contact for queries and discrepancies. This is a business that offers an excellent work life balance whilst in the office for all working hours.

The company has all staff back in the office as they feel that the business benefits from the full interaction of the staff. They have expanding the amount of office space that is available for finance team to work in. They do have a very supportive management team.

Duties:

• To oversee the Transactional Accounts team
• Assisting the Transactional Accounts Team Leader with any day-to-day queries and allocation of tasks
• Producing balance sheet reviews on a monthly basis
• Monthly management of POs, reviewing any over £500
• Ownership of fixed asset register
• Assist with site P&L reviews at month end
• Process purchase orders based on internal requests
• Produce monthly accruals for Purchase Orders
• Review invoices with discrepancies from purchase ledger
• Communicating with suppliers in relation to pricing queries
• Set up and maintenance of ordering templates for new business clients
• Allocation of daily cash
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Process staff expenses and mileage claims
