NJM Insurance Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist, Associate at Ewing, NJ Full Time

NJM Insurance Group has a newly created position in our Marketing Department. The Associate Digital Marketing Specialist primary role is to help manage the company’s email, marketing landing pages, paid digital ad campaigns and management of insurance agency partnership assets. In addition, this role requires the ability to write and develop unique content for website pages, online ads, emails and landing pages.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Salesforce Administrator with email deployments, data management, automations and Journeys built in Marketing Cloud
• Create, edit, publish and update CloudPages landing pages
• Maintain NJM’s email deployment calendar to ensure that tasks stay on schedule
• Assist in the management of insurance agency partnership assets including overseeing the Commercial Lines Facebook group, agency directory and Marketing On-Demand portal.
• Write and test ad copy for AdWords, Bing, Facebook and all other digital marketing campaigns.
• Help to create effective marketing content for use on websites, emails, microsites, and mobile platforms and for the support of social media programs.
• Monitor search engine analytics programs and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.) for purposes of diagnostic ing.
• Execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific.
• Keep pace with SEO, search engine, and digital marketing industry trends and developments.
• Test and implement various website marketing page layouts, email copy, content and paid search strategy for SEO/SEM optimization.
• Regular communication with the team and ing to management on project development, timelines, potential areas of improvement and results.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in email marketing – Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Experience and/or understanding of basic website landing page development – CloudPages, Unbounce, HTML / CSS experience preferred.
• Blog or article writing experience preferred.
• Experience using Google Analytics or web-based analytics tools.
• Excellent presentation, analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Education Requirement:

BS/BA degree Required

Pay: $52,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
