Overview – role: You will have the opportunity to work in a wide variety of departments ranging from recruitment through to training & development. This will allow you to have a varied experience where you can apply your talents, giving you the chance to gain a much broader insight into the business as a whole.

What you’ll need:
You will be in Year 2 of your Bachelors Degree and your degree must be HR or Business related, and you must have a driving license

Are able to partake in a 13 month placement as part of their course

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven thinker

Excellent communication and team-working skills

Creative and forward-thinking

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced organisation

Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications
