We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our team in 3 positions – Calgary/Edmonton, Ontario and Quebec/Atlantic.
This role will be responsible for The Customer Experience Manager (CEM) is a pivotal role in the shift to quality of sales and quality of service for both brands, Nissan and INFINITI. The CEM is a customer experience change agent that operates within a specific region and acts as Nissan’s primary point for Customer Experience within the region.
Job functions Include but are not limited to:
The CEM is the subject matter expert on all customer experience tools and provides guidance / training to regional and dealer staff
Acts as a hands-on business consultant to dealerships in his/her region with the goal to improve customer experience
The CEM acts as a critical liaison between Nissan/INFINITI and our dealer partners
Responsible for implementation of the Nissan and INFINITI Sales and Service Way and Dealers Customer Experience Journey
The CEM is also responsible for managing the Customer Quality Performance Policy within their region
Minimum Qualifications:
University degree preferred in business or equivalent experience
5 to 7 years of business experience with at least 2 years automotive
Well-developed communications skills are key (both verbal and written)
Ability to analyze and interpret assorted data on voice of customer reports for patterns (consistencies/inconsistencies) and prepare accurate and detail reports
Ability to function independently and make decisions in the areas of customer experience
