Role Description

This is a full-time (Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) on-site role (non-exempt employee) for a Sales Coordinator based in Schaumburg, IL. The Sales Coordinator will handle multi-tasking for Steel Products as Trade Admin. Primary responsibilities are as follows.

1) Internal Work Contents

• Contracting
• Delivering 
• Processing sales and purchases, SG&A
• Controlling Inventory
• Monitoring each status above
• Working with related department

2) External Work Contents

• Coordination of the commercial and physical distribution 
• Providing the necessary services to suppliers, customers, and subcontractors

Qualifications

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Business level in English                             
• Software skills such as Excel spreadsheet 
• Trading Admin work experience is a plus
• Logistics experience is a plus
• Japanese language skill is a plus
