The Talent Acquisition Lead drives initiatives within our Tech & Product Business function to ensure we are continually driving our talent strategy, attracting top talent, hiring the best people, creating great candidate experiences, educating leaders and reducing attrition within the business.

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to continually map the external market and create ongoing networks.
• Build a strong external network within the Tech & Product space and keep ongoing relationships.
• Partner with our Tech & Product leaders to understand their recruitment needs, challenges and level of understanding and help formulate solutions tailored to their business.
• Provide data and insights around the current issues within recruitment in your function and use this data to implement proactive initiatives
• Work closely with the People and Culture Business Partners to review talent data and understand what future and external skills sets are needed to help search the market to fill these gaps.
• Identify and implement a variety of sourcing channels, attracting and pipelining talent.
• Become an expert in understanding your functions business and understand the up to date skills, experiences and candidate profile of all critical roles.
• Work towards reducing the company’s reliance on recruitment agencies.
• Work closely with the people solutions team to ensure that the transactional recruitment process is working inline with your strategy.
• Manage end to end recruitment process for all senior critical roles within your function.
• Ensure a clear understanding of the Diversity and Inclusion strategy and be part of developing the talent processes to support this.

About You

• Proven Business Partnering experience within a Technology or Product function.
• Strong knowledge of the IT Talent market desirable.
• Strong Influencing and stakeholder management skills
• High level of Proactivity
• Data and analytical mindset
