Position description –

In this role, you would be

• Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks, ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date
• Personable and cheerful personality to navigate challenges of virtual work environment and find ways to keep the team engaged and integrated
• Nurturing a positive working environment
• Assisting with Compensation (Payroll) and Benefits
• Supporting the development and execution of performance review processes
• Responsible for all annual leave and attendance records and keeping track of the Organization OOO Calendar
• Assisting in the recruitment and selection process and inducting new staff
• Maintaining employee handbook and organization policies updated
• Identify the opportunity and organize Social gatherings/events (virtual or in-person)
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Track training needs and training compliances
• Ensure legal compliance and protect PII data throughout human resource management processes

Basic Qualification –

• At least Five years of experience working as a Human Resource or Talent Operations Practitioner
• Working experience with MS Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Working experience with content management tools like Box, Confluence
• Talent operations tools like Bamboo HR, ADP Portal
