As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator , you will be involved in critical tasks that contribute to nimble’s success in hiring and onboarding top talent.

This pivotal role has responsibility for candidate care when it comes to interview scheduling, job posting and pre-employment processes.

As a TA Coordinator, you will possess strong attention to detail and accuracy, creating high quality interview and overall candidate experiences while showcasing the company’s commitment to talent.

A well-organized process leaves candidates impressed and eager to join the team!

What you’ll be doing on a typical day :

• Providing Concierge-Level Service to talent to ensure a high quality candidate experience
• You’ll be the master scheduler, aligning interviewers’ availability with candidates’ preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process with minimal delays
• You’ll coordinate interviews and communicate details, including time, location, job posting links, LinkedIn profiles and format (in-person, phone or virtual)
• Posting open positions on the company’s external Career website and other job boards
• Supporting the pre-employment process (drafting offer letters, initiating background checks, reference checks, etc.)
• Assisting with the onboarding process, as needed
• Prepare expense forms and reimbursement requests, if / as needed
• Assist with social media and our employer branding plan
• Ad-hoc projects

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with team
• Strong written and communication skills
• Hard working, eager to learn, willing to take on any project, high energy
• Highly motivated with a sense of urgency
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Commitment to customer service and high-quality candidate experiences
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to liaise and coordinate with all levels of leadership
• Process oriented, organized and a strong attention to detail
• Desire to advance within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources is preferred
