WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition coordinator who will be part of our Recruiting coordination team, helping us attract, recruit and hire top quality tech talent in the region.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting Nike’s ongoing talent needs by managing all aspects of the candidate interview experience.
You will support the organization by coordinating and executing seamless and efficient processes, predominately related to the coordination of the interview cycle from beginning to end to ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience that will enhance the Nike Employment Brand.
You’ll serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the entire interview experience process ensuring the highest quality of service.
You’ll utilize your strong communication, attention to detail and organization skills to effectively communicate with candidates to inform them of their interview itinerary and logistics, schedule phone screens, video interviews and on-site interviews.
In addition, you’ll also assist the team with other administrative duties as assigned.. With your contribution, we will elevate the way we look at candidate experience data, insights and ing.
You will help us optimize process and provide data-based solution to recruiters and business leaders. WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH You will to our Talent Acquisition Tech Manager and you will be part of the Global Tech Talent Acquisition team.
You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, especially with the Operations Manager and other Coordinators within the team.
You will engage with the HR, Recruiting and Engineering teams, participating in team meetings and events. WHAT YOU BRING 3 years’ administrative, customer service, or HR experience in a fast paced environment Human Resource or Recruitment support experience is highly preferred Advanced level of organization and experience juggling competing priorities High degree of information gathering, research and troubleshooting Success working in an extremely fast paced environment with elements of ambiguity Proven experience with general administrative duties such as calendar coordination, travel, expense ing, generation as well as special projects & Events (i.
e. Talent Days, Career Fairs etc.) Working across a wide range of internal and external business partners at all levels of an organization, navigating an international complex matrix.
Affinity with digital tools and proficiency with MS Office products to manipulate, interpret, construct and format s and presentations (i.
e. Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) Success supporting multiple business partners with competing requests while offering a high degree of service Passion for attracting and hiring best talent and contributing to a high level growth team
