Title – Leadership Trainer

Job Type – Freelancing

Location – Australia (In person training)

Job Summary:

• Experience in facilitating programmes at director (WL3) level & above Corporate in a director capacity or higher (have actually held this position themselves).
• Strong executive presence Strong Psych Safety knowledge & experience (very familiar with Amy Edmondson’s work in this field – specifically Fearless Organization).
• The ability to bring the outside in (refer to external studies & experiences they have had relevant to the content) and dig deeper in the content by probing and challenging in group discussions.
• Coaching background at director (WL3) level & above is plus.

Facilitation Skills:

• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Ability to elicit, share examples, and present real-life examples to the participants.
• Uses facilitation style as compared to training/teaching style
• Proficient in the knowledge of Coaching, Delivery of Management development programs, and Leadership programs.
• Exemplary presentation and facilitation skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to build rapport and create a safe zone for the audience
• Able to steer the program towards intended objectives and provide feedback to the audience.
