ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAIN DUTIES
Complete training for all new hires, and on-going training for sales and sales support staff to maintain skills and product knowledge
Oversee and manage the Sales New Hire training program. Create and monitor checklist of new hire training, milestones, deliverables and expected timelines. Identify and discuss gaps, trends and concerns with management and HR, along with proposed solutions.
Partner with sales and marketing departments to support organization goals throughout the fiscal year
Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps within the sales teams; Engage one-on-one with Account Executives and their RVPs to maximize performance and achieve NKA’s objectives
Manage all aspects of the Account Executive mentorship program
Collaborate with the product management team in the development of educational collateral to support the release of new products and initiatives, which may include video creation, sales tools development, and document creation
Develop and support on-line training programs with educational content
Manage courses within internal learning management system (LMS)
Collect and interpret data to determine training techniques effectiveness
Possess and maintain thorough knowledge of NK products, technology, software, and services; Remain current on adult learning theories
Work within the L&D team and global community to share best practices, experiences, and technologies
Adhere to and promote all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Duties may be modified or assigned at any time based on business need
QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Certification / Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred
CPTD Certification or equivalent preferred
5+ years of experience in the management and delivery of adult education, preferably sales related
3+ years of experience working in a hospital environment and/or medical device industry
Extensive experience in instructional design
Previous involvement working closely with a various client groups and leaders to understand training needs
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Sales experience a plus
Competencies Required:
Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design concepts
Possesses superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and oversee the work of others
Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Able to measure learning outcomes and business results
Exemplary facilitator with motivational and high-impact facilitation style; ability to effectively use technology to present information
Leads by example, enjoys working with others to foster a collaborative environment
Has a passion for excellence, high attention to detail
Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
Working knowledge and experience with NK products is desirable

WORKING CONDITIONS
SCHEDULE: The regular hours for this full-time position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, unless otherwise stated by the department manager. Holiday, weekend, and evening work hours may be required. Regular hours may vary due to the needs of the organization or department and are subject to change at any time at the Company’s discretion.
PHYSICAL: Generally may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 25 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision, and 2-way written/verbal communication in English. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested.
TRAVEL: Approximately 30-50%
ACCESS to CUSTOMER SITES: It is an essential function of this position to perform duties in healthcare facilities, and to achieve the necessary vendor credentialing. As part of this process, it is typically required to provide proof of vaccinations (including for COVID-19), and related personal medical information, and to comply with other criteria as needed to be able to work at customer sites. Typical vendor credentialing expenses will be paid/reimbursed by the Company.
