Nightingale’s Nursing & Attendants Hiring for HR Recruiter at Florence, SC Full Time

Nightingale’s Nursing and Attendants is now accepting applications for a full-time HR Recruiter in our Florence, office. This role will work closely with our Caregivers, Client Care Coordinators, and Nurse Supervisor to ensure our clients are happy and cared for.

Job Duties

• Source and recruit candidates by using Hiring Sites, Social Media, etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and experience.
• Tracking the local hiring metrics and sending those s to the corporate office.
• Onboard new employees and coordinate with the local Nurse Supervisor to complete specific duties during the pre-hiring process such as health assessments, drug screens, and caregiver competency training.
• Post-hire follow up to ensure our employees are transitioning well.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruiting, preferably in a Healthcare setting.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• Understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess valid SC Driver’s License
• Willingness to submit to and pass a drug screen and background check
