Nigel Wright Group Hiring for Talent Acquisition Project Manager at Birmingham Full Time

We are supporting our client, a large organisation with colleagues across the UK, in their search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Project Manager to join the business on an interim basis for a period of 3-6 months. Based in Birmingham, you will have the opportunity to be based remotely with travel to the West Midlands c.2 days per week.

Key elements of the Talent Acquisition Project Manager role include;

understand what’s currently in place – root and branch review of the existing recruitment function

review of the future workforce planning strategy and understand future requirements

make recommendations for future and what improvements could be made

What we are looking for;

You will be an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with experienced gained within a large, complex organisation. You will have a good understanding of process and what good looks like. You will be able to analyse data and insights to make key decisions about the future talent acquisition strategy.

You must be available to start at short notice.
