The opportunity;

We are working with a large organisation in the Teesside area who are going through a significant period of change and transformation. This is an interim role for a period of 3-6 months to support large scale and complex change within one of their business divisions.

Based from their manufacturing site in Teesside, you will lead on a number of change and OD initiatives and will ensure the new changes are communicated and embedded throughout the organisation.

As well as supporting ongoing change, you will also be involved in business as usual activities and support the wider HR team.

This is an interim role for 3-6 months.

The Person:
You will be a highly experienced HR leader with a strong track record gained in a highly unionised and complex environment. You will have significant change and OD experience and excellent stakeholder management skills. You must be available to start immediately and be prepared to work on our client’s site 3-4 days per week.
