ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a digital marketing expert who can create and execute online campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales on various SNS and digital platforms. A digital marketing professional who can create and execute effective online campaigns for consumer products, especially in the beauty and personal care sector, leveraging various platforms, influencers, and suppliers, and who has experience with overseas brands in the US market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to grow brand and business in the US market.

• Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels and content to reach and convert target consumers.

• Analyze and on digital performance and trends to improve campaigns and ROI.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align digital efforts with company goals.

• Drive marketing activities with limited resources and leverage influencer partnerships

• Identify and address consumer pain points and needs with tailored content strategies.

• Develop and manage a content calendar for social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram

• Develop and manage an influencer calendar for social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

• Experienced and knowledgeable in digital marketing channels and platforms in the US

• Proficient in digital marketing analytics tools and data-driven optimization

• Strategic and fast thinker with problem-solving skills

• Multi-tasker with excellent communication and collaboration skills
