IT Support Engineer, £25,000, Brand NEW Team,

The client I am working with is a food manufacturer, with offices all over the UK. Their IT Manager has a real passion for ensuring that technology acts as an enabler rather than a blocker within the business. They are going through a huge period of transformational change and are looking to recruit into their IT team by hiring an IT Enthusiast to support their growth. The role is an IT Engineer, an ideal opportunity for anyone who is at the start of their career trying to break into IT.

The role, is an opportunity to take responsibility for guiding, developing and supporting the organisation’s IT help department and internal systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAVISION. Your role will see you act in an It Support capacity, collaborating with all verticals of the business. The overriding purpose of this role is to help assist the CTO with the technology strategy that incorporates all of the organisation’s core values.

The role:

• The role is an IT Support Engineer

• Join a growing IT Department through a period of transitional change

• Work alongside the CTO and IT Manager

What experience with you gain in this role:

• End to end cloud-based projects across – networking, security, and infrastructure

• Support exposure – the ability to inspire and motivate users across the company

• Skills with IT hardware management and maintenance

• Support experience with 0365, MS Teams, SQL Servers,

• Technical understanding; Active Directory (setting up users, disabling accounts)

• Full D365 Business Central implementation
