They are currently looking to appoint an energetic and ambitious Project Administrator to join their team and contribute to the continued success and growth of the business.
The Role
ing to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of all project administrative tasks, from project acceptance through to project completion, and play a crucial support role to the Construction Managers/Project Managers and Site Supervisors in the delivery of multiple projects.
As a key member of the project team, your responsibilities will include:
Your Profile
You are a passionate and high-energy professional, who has proven experience in a similar Project Administrator/Coordinator role, ideally within the construction industry and/or a project-based industrial manufacturing environment. You will be a strong and confident communicator and have the ability to multitask and reprioritise when business demands are changed. You love going above and beyond when partnering with stakeholders’ to provide exceptional service and have the ability to build long-lasting, trusted relationships with a variety of personality types.
In addition, you are a self-motivated and reliable team member, have excellent communication skills and enjoy taking ownership of your work and proactively managing your workflow. Your positive approach and high level of flexibility will see you succeed in this exciting opportunity with this rapidly growing market leader in their respected field.
