Off the back of an exciting period of expansion, they have an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and contribute to the continued success and future growth of the Australian operation.

The Role

In this pivotal role, you will have responsibility for providing comprehensive and confidential executive administrative support to the ANZ Managing Director and the wider Executive Leadership Team.

Always working one step ahead of the MD, you will provide critical support by adapting to the specific needs of the business and understanding the needs and priorities of the MD to ensure they are able to focus on the most strategic and critical elements of their role.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Partnering with the Managing Director to prioritise work activities on a day-to-day basis.
• Strategically managing the MD’s time, providing comprehensive calendar management – planning and scheduling meetings and/or events between external and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones. Managing requests and conflicting schedules and making judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
• Managing travel and accommodation arrangements for the MD and Leadership team, and establishing partnerships with providers to achieve maximum savings.
• Managing Executive’s credit card statements and expense accounts
• Preparing correspondence, emails, business documents and presentations
• Participating in meetings and conference calls, preparing agendas, comprehensive minute taking, distribution of information and maintenance of an action log.
• Preparing s – with input from the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, developing and compiling s for the Board, Leadership Team as well as external and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively managing relationships with key stakeholders as a representative of the Companies Executives.
• Managing projects as directed by the Managing Director, including the review, research, summarisation and/or analysis of information.
• Working as part of the broader team, providing executive level support to the wider leadership team

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will be a passionate, energetic, and versatile Executive Assistant with previous experience in a similar role and a passion for supporting business growth.

• Demonstrated ability to use discretion and intuition in sensitive situations
