NicoServ has open positions available to start an exciting new Program get off the ground with a large financial services firm in analyzing and streamlining operational processes across their brokerage and back office operations.

Job Description

NicoServ is searching for experienced Program Managers to serve our twin cities client. We need professionals who can work with their assigned team, and across the program and organization to collaborate with Program Leadership, Business Partners, BAs, Architecture, Developers, and QA. Ideal candidates will have solid experience managing technical projects, a hands on approach to project management, who can take charge of a project and deliver results that will make the overall project successful.

Skills/Experience:

• Strong Sr. PgM with at least 8-10 years of experience managing IT projects while building meaningful relationships with owners, sponsors and stakeholders.
• Strong Sr. PgM with at least 8-10 years of experience implementing financial services systems utilizing waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with a variety of projects including large collaborative programs
• Extensice vendor management experience.
• Experience working with and building trust and respect with strong business partners
• A history of partnering with strong technical teams, to work through technical issues

• 5+ years Financial Services experience, ideal experience in the brokerage space

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of associated work experience.

Remote work, headquarters in Downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.
