NicoServ has open positions available to support exciting Programs in flight with a large financial services firms in developing leading edge technology solutions for their organizations.

Job Description

NicoServ is searching for experienced business analysts to serve our twin cities clients. We need professionals who can work with their assigned team, and across the program and organization to collaborate with Program Leadership, Business Partners, PMs, Architecture, Developers, and QA. Ideal candidates will have solid experience capturing business and technical requirements as well as owning and driving UAT, End to End testing and Post Implementation Validation (PIV).

Skills/Experience:

• Strong Sr. BA with at least 8-10 years of experience documenting business processes, gathering business and technical requirements and leading user testing.
• Strong Sr. PM with at least 8-10 years of experience implementing financial services systems utilizing waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with a variety of projects including large collaborative programs
• Experience working with and building trust and respect with strong business partners
• A history of partnering with strong technical teams, to work through technical issues

• 5+ years Financial Services experience, ideal experience in either the mortgage or brokerage spaces

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of associated work experience.

Remote work, headquarters in Downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.
