We are looking to recruit an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert in sourcing and recruiting talent and provide consultative direction and role-specific expertise to hiring leaders.

The position is based out of our office in St James’s (Green Park/Piccadilly Tube Stations). In order to make the most of this role, including to learn about digital assets and interact with different departments, this is a full-time, predominantly office-based role.

Key Responsibilities

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will broadly be responsible for the following:

• Respond to immediate recruitment requests by conducting detailed in-take meetings with hiring managers, assisting them with creating job descriptions & writing job advertisement and developing appropriate sourcing strategies
• Source candidates via a multi-channel approach that ensures we hire the best candidate for each role, in a timely and cost-efficient manner whilst enhancing our employer brand and upholding our values
• Actively source candidates outside of the ATS system (Greenhouse) via resume databases, search engine and networking sites
• Ensure all CVs are on the ATS and shortlist evaluating them based on the job description
• Conduct first-level screening interviews to present top candidates for next level interviews to hiring manager/s
• Ensure candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews; keeping them engaged throughout process, ensuring consistent communication on the status
• Arranging and booking interviews and sending out appropriate interview paperwork/tests to candidates and managers
• Ensuring all recruitment paperwork is collated and managed appropriately and in line with the recruitment procedure and logged into the ATS
• Articulate a job offer to candidate and negotiate to drive for acceptance, creating all paperwork (offer letter, contract, etc) for DocuSign & signature in the process
• Contribute ideas to enhance and continue to grow the TA & HR function along with the Head of People & Talent
• Carry out any other tasks which are within the scope and purpose of the role

Skills, Competencies and Experience

• 3+ years’ recruiting experience with demonstrated successes preferably in an in-house recruitment function of a fast-paced organisation, working within a 360-recruiting role; preferred experience of hiring for tech positions
• Must have a relevant graduate degree
• Knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies from research to talent mapping
• Experience using recruitment technologies such as Greenhouse, CRM and social media tools (you will be someone who brings new and innovative direct sourcing methodologies to the table)
• Curious, self-directed and detail-oriented problem solver with a keen interest in learning and growing their career in Talent Acquisition
• Must have excellent communication skills – oral and written- to communicate complex issues in a concise, straightforward way
• Proficient to advanced computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organisation skills with proven ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining excellent service levels
• Able to work with a variety of personalities and develop strong effective working relationships within the business area
• Excellent attention to detail skills
• Someone who brings professionalism and fun to the workplace- high energy with poise to interact with individuals at all levels
