Nickel Digital Asset Management is an FCA authorised London-based investment manager in the crypto domain. We are a growing team of high calibre professionals where each member directly contributes to the success of the Company.

The position is based out of our office in Mayfair, London (2 min from Green Park tube station) and reports to the CEO.

What will you be doing:

• Ensuring smooth running of the office, including meeting room preparations and general upkeep of the office
• Managing projects (such as office expansion- currently expanding to another floor)
• Being the first point of contact for staff and visitors
• Managing supplier contracts, mail, deliveries and the like
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are up to date and carried out
• Providing EA support to the CEO as and when required
• Planning and executing team social events
• Any other office management related activities

Who are we looking for:

• Must be a graduate with proven experience as an Office Manager
• An adept user of MS Office, Xero (or any such accounting software) preferred,Google Docs and Video conferencing
• A passion for technology
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with great attention to detail.
• A skilled communicator and speaker, comfortable talking to clients, stakeholders and staff
• A proactive, can-do attitude, able to adapt and learn in a fast-growing business
• Capable of managing projects (such as office moves or corporate events) as well as the day-to-day office admin
• Some experience with HR, Finance and/or IT will be a plus
