Based in our North Ryde Head Office, the People & Culture team play an important role in supporting the team members across our Showrooms, State Distribution Centers and Head Office.

THE ROLE:

Our HR team is growing and we are looking for an outgoing, detail orientated and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment function across Australia & New Zealand and be an integral part of the People & Culture team.

This opportunity is ideal for a person who enjoys the challenge of attracting and sourcing candidates with a ‘leaving no stone unturned’ approach to identifying outstanding applicants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Driving the recruitment function to attract and engage top talent across the business
• Preparing, posting and updating Job Advertisements
• Conducting telephone, face-to-face and zoom interviews
• Shortlisting and screening candidates
• Pipelining candidates roles for future requirements
• Conducting reference checks
• Preparing weekly recruitment activity reports
• Supporting hiring managers and providing best practice recruitment advice

ABOUT YOU:

• Experienced in either agency or internal recruitment
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Are able to think ‘outside the box’ to source top talent
• Experienced in finding talent across Australia & New Zealand
• Have a passion for recruitment and enjoy a challenge
