The Nick Scali Group is growing and so we have a new and exciting opportunity available. We are looking for a proactive and detail orientated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team on a permanent full time basis, based in our North Ryde Head Office

About you:

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment and is looking to grow their career within Talent Acquisition. What we are looking for is someone who has an understanding of recruitment, sourcing/ interviewing candidates, is confident, resilient, very well organised, possess excellent interpersonal skills and importantly passionate to learn. We will teach you the rest!

About the role:

Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team , this role will involve sourcing candidates, with a heavy focus on Sales Associates for our Showrooms across two brands for both Australia and New Zealand. Other duties will involve:

• Identifying a range of strategies for attracting candidates to the business
• Sourcing candidates to increase the efficiency of the recruitment process
• Shortlisting and screening candidates
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Building talent networks utilising social media and job board platforms
• Pipelining candidates for future opportunities
• Ability to be highly organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience across sourcing methods – LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search etc.
• Manage end to end recruitment between both brands including writing job adverts, conducting phone screens and interviews
• Great team environment with excellent opportunities for development
