Working with Advisory, consulting firms, Legal firms and corporates, your role is highly regarded as a trusted advisor that guides and supports its extensive portfolio of customers.

The Role

This role will see you take a ramp up of up to 3 months of full training and support before you take ownership of developing new business opportunities within an existing portfolio of large corporate accounts and banks. You will also work on developing new corporate accounts listed on the database. You will own the end-to-end sales and client management process by qualifying new customer opportunities, developing relationships, conducting deep discovery conversations, pitching deal proposals, winning new business and managing customer satisfaction longer term, the sales cycle can be a fast turnaround so its fast pace and exciting.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and deliver territory sales strategy and action plan to grow new and existing business accounts to grow market share.
• Identify and establish relationships with key corporate dealmakers through prospecting (using networking, Twitter, LinkedIn Advanced search), marketing leads and expansion of existing contacts within accounts.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast, through discovery calls and meetings.
• Educate prospective partners on how the platform can drive new and exciting revenue streams for their business.
• Create deep and long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive better usage of the platform.
• Meet or exceed KPIs based on number of calls and meetings or as otherwise agreed upon.
• Timely and accurate management of information and activity in Salesforce.

About You

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• You’re a true and authentic “hunter”, you are hungry for new business by being proactive and executing the activity to drive quality client meetings that will result in new business.
• You’re organised and systematic, you have no problem creating a pipeline from scratch and meeting sales targets, you can see the mutual benefit of working with prospects and expertly communicate it to win the sale.
• You’re a research and data driven individual – you make decisions, build sales strategy and pitch opportunities based on market trend research and analysis.
• You’re a self-starter – someone with the ability to proactively generate and close quality prospects without supervision, through their own network, industry events and relationship building skills.
• You have a customer centric mentality – you have a history of maintaining strong relationships with clients and key influencers in your industry.
