About the Job.
Why This Job is I mportant. Our Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners are often the first to interact with a potential new employee, and we rely on them to find the very best talent to join our teams across our many locations in the US.
This important position is responsible for hiring the right talent, at the right time and always for the right role so we can ensure our customers’ shelves stay full – and so their customers can buy the wipes they need for their baby, teenager, significant other or parent (or even their pet!) when they need to. It’s a big deal.
The TA Partner is a true partner to our business leaders, working closely with each one to understand the job requirements of open roles and execute an effective recruiting strategy for both non-exempt and exempt positions within our manufacturing facilities and distribution center.
The TA Partner is responsible for the full life cycle of acquiring new talent by sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and selecting candidates for hiring managers to review.
What You Can Expect. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you would be responsible for providing thought partnership to hiring managers and supporting the various aspects of talent acquisition for the manufacturing and distribution operations at Nice-Pak.
Responsibilities of this position include implementing, coordinating, administering, and developing recruitment strategies and selecting quality talent for hourly and salaried positions in our facilities.
In the TA Partner position, you must juggle many objectives simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience within a manufacturing and / or warehousing environment and the ability to communicate to candidates the various details and procedures related to manufacturing, is paramount.
The Talent Acquisition Partner influences and promotes the Nice-Pak employer brand that attracts talent and appeals to associates and alumni throughout all phases of the employee life cycle, including attraction / recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and separation.
They serve as an ambassador for the company, always committed to representing Nice-Pak professionally with recruitment in mind.
The TA Partner works hard to ensures a positive experience for each candidate and hiring manager through effective communication, an efficient interview process, and timely interview feedback.
Other day-to-day, recurring responsibilities include working with spreadsheets, writing and replying to emails, attending meetings, and creating and facilitating presentations.
We expect the TA Partner to anticipate challenges in staffing and partner with leaders proactively to solve problems creatively.
The TA Partner works closely with cross-functional leaders from the quality, safety, maintenance, and warehouse departments.
What We Expect from You in the Role.
Experience with Ultipro ATS is preferred, but not required.
We expect all of our associates to be professional, results- and performance-oriented, highly engaged in the business, and able to motivate and drive engagement within their teams and / or peers.
Reviewing applications and resumes, interviewing candidates, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers all day requires sitting at a desk and in front of a computer for long periods of time.
The TA Partner also greets candidates at the door and provides plant tours, which require that they be able to stand and walk for short periods of time, and at times, they may need to lift up to 15 pounds to complete a task.

Excellent pay, commensurate with experience. The range for this position in the Indiana market is $60 – 88k, with additional bonus opportunities.
