We are made up of an international dynamic team that sells to exclusive fashion retailers, jewelry stores, five-star hotel boutiques, international department stores and online stores all around the world,

We are looking for an organized and entry-level Accountant/Office Manager to join our dynamic international team at our Los Angeles Flagship Store.

You will be an integral part of managing day to day operations and report directly to the CEO and Senior Accountant.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee accounting and office operations
• Review financial statements and invoices.

• Work with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Tracking Sales and invoices
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assisting accounting department with entry level bookkeeping
• Invoices, expense reports, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Handling office operations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
