Recruitment Assistant (2 posts)
The posts will be office based at West Glasgow ACH, Dalnair Street Glasgow G3 8SJ.
Working pattern is fulltime 37.5 hours, Mon – Fri
We are looking for 2 new recruitment assistants to join our Recruitment. The successful candidates will be engaged via our Staff Bank on a temporary assignment which will be initially for 3 months with the opportunity to extend.
As part of our core recruitment team these roles will support recruitment administration across on an ongoing daily basis covering a variety of administration tasks. The role involves a broad range of admin tasks ranging from data entry, handling email and telephone enquiries, administration of pre-employment checks.
We are ideally seeking applications for candidates with experience in HR/Recruitment environments or equivalent experience gained in a high volume administrative customer focused environment.
It is essential that candidates are able to demonstrate through their application the essential criteria for this role. This role requires candidates to operate in an environment where key priorities change on a daily basis and can demonstrate the following:
Experience in Applicant racking Systems, Cloud based technologies and HRMS systems.
Have an organised and positive approach to work
Pay attention to detail
High standard of communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Team player with a flexible approach to work
An ability to work confidentially and tactfully with members of the public and colleagues at all levels with the organisation
