NHS Scotland Hiring for Practice Education Facilitators Job at Kirkcaldy, Scotland Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic individuals to join the NHS Fife Practice and Professional Development Team on a secondment basis until March 2022. This role will work closely with the Lead PEF, Head of Department and HEIs in a practical role in providing support, education and development for clinical staff and students. You are expected to motivate staff and students to provide high standards of care by acting as a role model.

You should be a RN educated to degree level (or equivalent) and have or working toward a post graduate qualification. In addition you should also have or be working toward a certificate in teaching and learning. You will be able to evidence well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent levels of communication and have experience in teaching and facilitation. Good communication and organisational skills coupled with an ability to work within a team setting as well as independently, will be essential requirements of this post.

Salary will be pro rata for part time hours.
