We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Accounts Assistant to join our team Financial Accounting – NHS Golden Jubilee.

We are looking for a motivated person who has excellent Excel and IT skills also knowledge of all Microsoft Packages. Good communication skills and experience of working in a finance environment – although this is not essential.

This is a support role within Finance, and consists of the following:-

• To support the Financial Accountant, Trainee Assistant Financial Accountant and Financial Accounting Officers in the delivery of Accounts Payable, Receivable and Treasury objectives.
• Work as directed by the Trainee Assistant Financial Accountant to process Accounts Payable and Receivable invoices accurately and timeously ensuring adherence to departmental timetables
• Inputs and processes financial information, completing routine financial transactions in accordance with procedures to ensure continuity of supplies and services for the board
• Work as directed to support completion of various projects
