We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team based in the North of England. The salary on offer is from £20,000 – £25,000
Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator is to manage the end-to-end candidate management process to deliver a great experience to both the hiring managers and candidates. This role is critical within the NHSPS business to facilitate its aim to Get, Grow & Keep great people. The role will also require an adaptive and flexible approach to support a multitude of stakeholders in an efficient and effective manner. Ideally you would have experience of working within a stakeholder facing recruitment environment and have understanding of Facilities Management.
