As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will provide advice and support on recruitment solutions to ensure NHS Professionals is able to attract, select and recruit the right people to our Corporate Head Office positions to meet the requirements of the business.
You will be responsible for the provision of an efficient and effective recruitment administrative service agreeing and managing deadlines to meet recruitment demands.
A key part of this role will be building and maintaining our talent pipeline on a continuous basis using a variety of candidate sourcing strategies. This will involve sourcing new talent including identification and selection on an ongoing basis as well as proactive out-reach to more active candidates speculatively seeking opportunities.
This is a high volume, fast paced role where you will hold a caseload of your own with various stakeholders.
A background in high volume recruitment is essential, ideally gained from a healthcare or agency recruitment environment.
