As part of the Bank Member Employee Services team, you would provide a full comprehensive and well-informed HR support service internal/ external customers in relation to Bank Members.
Contribute to the development and implementation of NHS Professionals Human Resource policies, procedure, and strategy.
Supervise a team of HR Advisors and Assistants and ensure best practice HR techniques are adhered to for Bank Members.
We are looking for someone who can give informed HR advice with the ability to negotiate with people using tact and discretion, leaving customers satisfied with the outcome whilst maintaining NHSP’s HR policies.
About The Candidate
We are looking to employ a Senior HR Advisor who has experience within a HR environment.
An individual who can use their own judgement to resolve issue, knowing when to escalate or pass on effectively
You are expected to have the ability to effectively communicate complex detailed information. You must be reliable and able to deal with a demanding workload, multitask and acclimatise to a fast-paced environment.
To ensure success, Senior HR Advisors should be skilled in preparing and reporting on sensitive information with a solid understanding of HR processes and procedures.
The successful candidate will:
Have demonstrable experience of working in a true HR Operational role
Be preferably CIPD Level 5 qualified OR equivalent experience
Be a confident and effective communicator both verbally and in writing
Preferably have line management/ supervisory experience.
Can work in a fast-paced environment
Be computer literate, with experience of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
