Role summary:
NHSP deploy thousands of bank workers into shifts with NHS Trusts everyday, the role of the Senior HR Advisor is to support the HR Manager by providing a comprehensive, knowledgeable, high quality advisory service on Bank Member HR related issues to NHS Professionals managers, Nurse Leads, Clients and external bodies
Essentially the role is to manage a large portfolio of cases (approx. 40-60) which are diverse in their range of complexity which can include grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence, whistleblowing and bank member conduct.
You would be responsible for the end to end management of these ER cases ensuring best practice Human Resources Management techniques are adhered to for bank members and is consistent within the organisation, you will be required to delve into complaints and incidents which require investigation.

This role offers hybrid working between our offices in Hemel Hempstead and Home – you will be required to be flexible.
About The Candidate
With previous experience in a Senior HR Advisor role, you’ll ideally be CIPD qualified (or willing to work towards this) and have a sound up to date knowledge of employment legislation. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Displaying gravitas and credibility you’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and influence accordingly.
