NHS Professionals International is an established and growing business unit within the organisation and the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Regional Director / Director of International Healthcare. With an emphasis on winning new business, this role has a particular focus on developing marketing collateral, social media, and strategic growth. In conjunction with the Regional / Director – International Healthcare, there will also be a strong focus on maintaining current high levels of customer satisfaction.
Role Summary:
The International Recruitment Manager is responsible for delivering the key performance targets for large-scale successful recruitment of healthcare professionals from around the world to work for NHS Professionals partner Trusts in the UK.
The post holder will run the entire operation of video conferencing and/or in-country campaigns with representatives from partner Trusts and provide strong leadership to suppliers based abroad, before, during and immediately after each campaign.
Liaising and working with NHS Professional Account Management Team and senior management in client Trusts to create, implement and deliver international recruitment plans which meet their requirements within the realities of the current market, national policy, and regulatory constraints.
