Role summary:
NHS Professionals International is key supplier of international nurses to the NHS , which offers to those NHS Trusts who use our services, the opportunity to fill their vacant nursing posts outside the EU – typically from the Philippines, Middle East and India.
To support our continual growth, we are recruiting an International Recruitment Adviser. This exciting role offers the opportunity to join a specialist team undertaking complex administrative tasks ensuring the smooth delivery of our recruitment services.
The successful candidate will be part of a well organised and highly skilled team of advisers who manage a large pipeline of international nurses through the complex recruitment process, providing advice and support to all candidates and liaising with trusts and in-country agents to deliver a top quality service.
Responsibilities:
No two days will be the same in this exciting, fast paced international role and your flexible and adaptable approach will be utilised in providing a high level, confidential support function in the International Team. You will provide detailed support to candidates and recruitment agents in relation to registered nurses relocating into NHS jobs.
You will be key to managing all aspects of the steps involved in the high volume international recruitment process, from candidate offers and compliance, all associated administrative functions to arranging the logistics of bringing the workers to the UK – booking flights, transport and accommodation – always ensuring their experience is high class.
You will enjoy working as an integral member of a goal orientated team and will be fully supported in developing your skills within this dynamic department.
Skills:
You may be from a healthcare or related background, display highly polished interpersonal, customer service and diplomacy skills and demonstrate finely tuned organisational capabilities. You may also have experience of working in an international field and / or large-scale recruitment, or similar and be able to demonstrate the following:
· Extensive experience of working in administrative support role
· Understanding of international recruitment processes
· Experience of large scale recruitment
· Educated to A Level standard or equivalent experience
· Word Processing/IT skills
· Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
· Personal drive for high work standards, excellence and attention to detail
· Able to act as an ambassador for the team, both internally and externally
· Able to work at pace in a pressured environment
