About The Role
Do you want to influence and have impact on the future workforce development needs of the NHS?
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician and educator to lead our new team of trainers delivering a range of programmes to prepare international nurses, midwives, and return to practice nurses undergoing the NMCs’ test of competency (OSCE) to gain nursing registration in the UK.
Role summary:
A key part of this role is to provide educational leadership in the development of high quality patient focussed programmes.
The successful individual will lead a team of trainers who will facilitate the delivery of a range of programmes supporting the preparation of international nurses, midwives and return to practice nurses.
Skills/Responsibilities:
The OSCE Education Lead will join the new Education and Training Team at an exciting time of innovation and development to improve patient care.
The team are developing a portfolio of programmes to support international nurses and midwives from their home country through the NMC registration process and making the transition into practice with the NHS along with UK based Return to Practice nurses.
