We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to join our Human Resources area of the People team on a 12 month fixed term opportunity.

This is a key role to enable our business in achieving its strategy through its people. The Senior HR Advisor will work collaboratively with the HR Advisory team, business leaders, Shared Services and Trade Unions, building key relationships to support the embedding of refreshed ways of working.

They will ensure that we provide an excellent and proactive Senior HR Advisory service to managers as well as advising on the practical application of HR policies and procedures to leaders, colleagues and the HR Advisory team.

They will be an advocate for continual improvement within the HR Advisory team, actively embracing changes and taking accountability for any on-going issues that are identified and developing proactive solutions to improve.

In addition, they will lead on a range of people projects, working collaboratively across the People Team to drive forward key people initiatives.
