About the role:

As Human Resource Graduate, you will play an important role in our company success.

We are looking to attract, hire and retain the most talented employees in the market.

Your focus will be to support the Talent Acquisition Partner with a broad range of recruitment and talent acquisition related administration and operational activities. In addition, you will be exposed to a range of general HR functions & projects.

You will learn from experienced professionals and be provided with continual training and support to help guide you.

You will make an impact by:

• Supporting and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting & posting of job advertisements, LinkedIn searching, shortlisting & screening of candidates, arranging interviews, conducting detailed reference checks, organising personality profiling of applicants (Omnia)
• Drafting of Employment contracts, sending out onboarding checklists to Hiring Managers & advising Payroll of new starters
• Liaising with applicants, internal stakeholders and recruitment agencies, providing high quality customer and candidate care
• Providing system and general administrative support, including responding to general Talent Acquisition enquiries and supporting TA initiatives
• Support the broader HR team and Talent Acquisition Partner with various HR projects & functions, as required

What you will bring to the role:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
• Strong desire to learn & participate in HR functions
• Excellent level of communication skills, both written & verbal
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships, with a range of different people & personalities
• Strong attention to detail & the ability to prioritise workload
• Personable, genuine style with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Willingness to work in a fast, paced team environment
• Competence in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
