About the role:

As Human Resource Administrator, you will be a key contributor and play an important role in the success of our HR team.

Your focus will be to provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR function. This hands-on role will give you exposure to many facets of HR and will provide you with a great opportunity to utilise your exceptional administrative skills, strong initiative and ability / desire to continually improve processes and efficiencies within the HR support function.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Work in conjunction with the entire HR team to ensure continuous improvement of our employee experience
• Ensure employee records are up-to-date and confidential
• Update HR documents and policies
• Maintain employee records in D365
• Respond to general enquiries in our HR inbox
• Preparing HR s and statistics
• Support with annual salary review process
• Maintain knowledge of relevant industry trends and legislation
• Other ad-hoc HR administrative functions, as required

What you will bring to the role:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
• Strong desire to work, engage and contribute within the HR function
• Excellent level of communication skills, both written & verbal
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships, with a range of different people & personalities
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated drive and initiative, with a proactive approach to work
• Personable, genuine style with a ‘positive’ attitude
• IT Savvy, including advanced Excel skills (HR Analytics)
