About The Role

NHP have a unique opportunity available for an experienced Business Development / Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the heart of the Pilbara region of Western Australia!

ing to the Sales Manager, we are seeking a driven individual with a passion for sales, technology and customer success. As a member of our team, you will have an opportunity to work with some of the largest mining customers in the industry and make a real impact on their operations. You will have full flexibility, ownership and will co-develop customer account strategies that will increase NHP’s market share throughout the Pilbara region from Port Headland to Karratha and inland to Newman.

With a predominate understanding of the electrical market & key stakeholders, Electrical Contractors & Switchboard Builders, you will tap into the wider supportive resources within the business to develop effective strategies and customer proposals for a range of customers.

Technical training & support provided! At the cornerstone of NHP’s success, technical training and business support tools are high upon the agenda for personal & professional growth. With a variety of expertly developed programs that are both internal and externally produced they position NHP as a market leader in the field of staff training.

Ideally You Will Have / Be

  • Electrical or Electrical Engineering related qualification (highly regarded)
  • Previous experience dealing with End Users
  • A track record in delivering sales results & servicing customer needs
  • An ability to ‘listen to the customer’ & translate needs into business solutions
  • Exceptional communicator with strong influencing & relationship building skills
  • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
  • Effective time management & organizational skills
