SEEKING TO FILL THE FOLLOWING POSITION

NGNG is looking for several freelance CMA contractors to build a list of referrals for our amazing clients! We have several clients who are in need of CMAs as soon as possible and would love to be able to refer to them an amazing Creative Marketing Assistant to help play a key role in their content marketing efforts (including blog posts and social media writing, community engagement, and organization of all moving pieces with the website). This person must have great attention to detail, be organized, have superb listening and communication skills (written and verbal), be empathetic, strategic, and enjoy engaging with people online. If selected to be part of our referral list, you will be able to pick up as many clients as you like and can handle!

• Does not need to be micromanaged and completes tasks in a timely manner

LIKELY TASKS AND ROLES:

The Creative Marketing Assistant will be provided full training in both Leverage to Scale: Content Marketing and streaming duties. Tasks include but are not limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Writing blog posts, social media, promotional content, emails, etc. by implementing the Leverage To Scale: Content Marketing system. This training is provided to you by the employer at no cost as part of your onboarding.The training will teach you how to:

• Do keyword research based on weekly videos
• Upload and optimize for YouTube
• Craft blog post, publish and optimize for Google
• Prepare weekly social media
• Send an email to the weekly newsletter list
• Track all metrics once per week in a tracking document
• + Go back and add captions to already published videos
• Support live streaming efforts.
• Booking management for our series guests. Email communications, designing social media promotional graphics in Canva, spreadsheet entry, and management, speaker support inquiries.
• You’d be present on all live streams to manage comments and engage with our community, then feed community questions via chat.
• Following the live stream, optimize the replay and use the Leverage To Scale marketing process to re-purpose the content for promotion on all channels listed above.
• You will be trained on all of these things by the marketing company who will help to launch our series, NGNG Enterprises.
• General copywriting/messaging/positioning (the faster you pick up the brand voice the better!)
• Managing customer support inquiries through social media messaging and email (only as it relates to the work you do – not for all areas of the company).
• General research online

Start Date: Immediately

Note: Role is an independent contractor, not an employee. Our clients typically need CMAs for around 10 hours/week and pay between $20-30/hour. Again, you are able to take on as many clients as you like!

You will be working directly for our clients, not under us in any way – we are just looking to connect reliable CMAs to a large list of clients in need of quality employees!

This role is currently only open to applicants residing in the USA and Canada.
