About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Assistant to serve as an integral member of the Complex Risks Solutions Group. With this role, you will open the door to an exciting career path opportunity with NFP and be a valued member and key partner in ensuring client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Prepare binders, motor vehicle liability cards, and certificates of insurance

Prepare client premium proposals and pre-renewal information packages

Process invoices, finance contracts, and accompanying client letters

Prepare client presentations

What you Bring

Typically, 1 year or more of Customer Service and/or admin experience (insurance experience or knowledge is a plus)

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products

Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment

Strong time management, organizational, and ability to consistently meet deadlines unsupervised

Experience with industry-related software is an asset, such as EPIC

A Broker’s License is a plus
